WeeCare is the largest childcare network in the United States, with the mission of providing access to affordable, high-quality childcare for all families. WeeCare is shaping the future of work with its Childcare Benefits program, helping employers of all sizes to provide cost-effective, easy-to-implement childcare support to its employees. Childcare Benefits through WeeCare decrease employee absenteeism, reduce job turnover, and increase job satisfaction.

WeeCare, created to solve the childcare crisis, was born in September of 2017 and has already become the largest childcare network in the United States.

When WeeCare (WeeCare.co) CEO and Co-Founder Jessica Chang was pregnant with her first child, nearly every mother she knew told her to immediately start looking for childcare. She began touring daycares only to discover that all were completely full with long waitlists and prohibitively expensive for most families. It was time for a change. After banding together with two other Co-Founders, Jesse Forrest and Matt Reilly, WeeCare was created to help families find quality caregivers and help caregivers set up and run their own childcare businesses.
